MALAYSIA ANTI-CORRUPTION ACADEMY DIRECTOR PAYS COURTESY CALL TO THE DIRECTOR OF SARAWAK STATE INTEGRITY AND OMBUDSMAN UNIT (UNIONS)

Dato’ Haji Idris bin Zaharudin, Director of Malaysia Anti-Corruption Academy (MACA) paid a courtesy call to the Director of Sarawak State Integrity and Ombudsman Unit (UNIONS), Tuan Haji Adana bin Haji Jed at his office on 18th July 2022.
The bilateral meeting is aimed at empowering and reinforcing the training and implementation of the Certified Integrity Officer Programme (CeIO) attended by civil servants attached to various agencies and department of the Sarawakian state government. Apart from that, both parties took the opportunity to discuss the goals and vision, as compiled by UNIONS, of CeIO participants who have participated in MACA’s CeIO programme from the year 2019.
This courtesy visit has also strengthened the relations and strategic partnership of both agencies in spreading the integrity and anti-corruption agenda to the masses, in line with the government’s aspirations for the National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP).
Also in attendance were senior officers from MACA, UNIONS and representatives from MACC Sarawak.
