Kaedah

1. Participants will first complete a pre-class questionnaire to assess their current level of English proficiency.
2. The session will begin with an overview of the importance of English in law enforcement, followed by the presentation of Tan Sri KP’s vision on strengthening officers’ communication and professional competencies.
3. Based on the questionnaire results, participants will be grouped according to proficiency level: proficient and less proficient users of English.
4. Group-based discussions will then be conducted to explore officers’ current challenges in using English and to identify practical strategies for improving their proficiency.
5. A guided plenary discussion will follow, focusing on aligning identified needs with relevant, context-specific solutions.
6. Participants will subsequently complete a targeted assessment to evaluate learning outcomes and areas requiring further improvement.
7. The session will conclude with a facilitated discussion of the assessment results, leading to the formulation of action-oriented resolutions that are measurable, achievable, reliable, and time-efficient.
